摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析中国2017年疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse events following immunization,AEFI)流行病学特征。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统AEFI监测系统和常规接种率监测系统分别收集2017年发生的AEFI个案数据、疫苗接种数据,对AEFI特征进行描述流行病学分析。结果中国2017年共报告210 181例AEFI,总报告发生率为38.94/10万剂;其中一般反应193 113例(35.77/10万剂)、异常反应14273例(2.64/10万剂)。在异常反应中,严重异常反应711例(0.13/10万剂);过敏性皮疹11 985例(2.22/10万剂)、卡介苗淋巴结炎513例(2.95/10万剂)、血管性水肿347例(0.06/10万剂)、热性惊厥275例(0.05/10万剂)、卡介苗局部脓肿200例(1.15/10万剂)。结论中国2017年报告AEFI以一般反应为主,严重异常反应报告发生率极低。
