执业环境因素对中国部分地区预防接种工作人员离职意愿的影响Influence of working environment on turnover intention of vaccination staff in selected areas of China

摘要(Abstract):
目的分析执业环境因素对中国部分地区预防接种工作人员离职意愿的影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,选取6个省份11个区县33家预防接种门诊的预防接种工作人员进行离职意愿问卷调查,分析调查对象离职意愿率,采用Logistic回归模型分析执业环境因素对离职意愿的影响。结果调查对象的总离职意愿率为33.19%(75/226)。认为工作负荷过重(OR=3.99,95%CI:1.92-8.31)、遭到受种者心理暴力(OR=5.31,95%CI:2.38-11.84)的调查对象离职意愿较高;认为环境舒适(OR=0.39,95%CI:0.17-0.85)、感到受种者尊重(OR=0.32,95%CI:0.14-0.75)的调查对象离职意愿较低。结论调查地区预防接种工作人员离职意愿较高;执业环境因素显著影响离职意愿。
