摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析铜川市2011-2016年乙型肝炎(乙肝)报告及其准确性,为改善乙肝监测质量提供依据。方法通过传染病报告信息管理系统收集铜川市所辖4个区县的乙肝病例报告个案并进行个案查重,分析乙肝报告发病率和重复报告率。结果 2011-2016年铜川市共报告乙肝病例5 148例,其中实验室和临床诊断病例5 114例(99.34%),报告发病率为101.29/10万。在实验室和临床诊断乙肝病例中,急性、慢性、未分类乙肝分别占8.41%、80.76%、10.83%;总重复报告率为11.07%(566/5 114),各级医疗机构的重复报告率为9.40%-11.49%(χ~2=0.81,P>0.05)。结论铜川市乙肝报告发病率准确性差,各级医疗机构普遍存在乙肝重复报告。
