摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析新疆2004-2017年风疹流行病学特征。方法通过中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集2004-2017年新疆风疹报告数据,进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2004-2017年共报告风疹21 741例,年均发病率为7.48/10万,各年发病率(/10万)在0.33(2017年)-28.73(2008年)之间。每3-4年出现1次流行高峰,每年3-6月为发病高峰。<1岁、1-4岁、5-14岁、≥15岁人群年发病率(/10万)范围分别为5.14(2004年)-28.49(2016年)、28.87(2004年)-0.88(2017年)、50.93(2004年)-0.57(2017年)、2.32(2004年)-0.23(2017年)。在2010-2017年18月龄-6岁病例中,0剂次、1剂次、2剂次和不详含风疹成分疫苗(RCV)免疫史分别占27.01%、12.17%、12.65%、48.18%。结论新疆2004-2017年风疹报告发病总体呈下降趋势。应继续做好8月龄-18月龄儿童2剂次RCV常规免疫,适时开展重点人群RCV补充免疫活动。
