摘要(Abstract)：

目的综合评价中国部分地区预防接种门诊服务能力。方法采用多阶段混合抽样选组中国6个省份32个预防接种门诊,应用改进的熵权TOPSIS和RSR法计算其服务能力综合评价指标C_i,并进行分档排序。结果本研究纳入8项接种门诊服务能力评价指标,即门诊每周开放时间、门诊面积、接种台个数、冰箱容积、接种工作人员数量、健康教育频率、免疫规划疫苗总接种率、第3剂百白破联合疫苗及时接种率。改进的熵权TOPSIS评价显示,各接种门诊C_i值在0.1058-0.8640之间。RSR法评价显示,C_i与其对应概率Probit的线性回归方程为C_i=-0.303+0.099×Probit(F=36.67,P<0.001);服务能力处于好、中、差的接种门诊数分别为5个、18个和9个。结论调查地区预防接种门诊服务能力普遍较弱;需针对薄弱环节加强预防接种门诊服务能力建设。
