流行性腮腺炎病毒及其疫苗Mumps Virus and the Vaccines

摘要(Abstract)：
流行性腮腺炎 (腮腺炎 )是一种急性病毒性传染病 ,能引起多种并发症 ,腮腺炎病毒仅 1个血清型 ,通过对其SH基因序列测定 ,腮腺炎病毒可分为 8个基因型 ,各国流行的病毒为不同基因型。发达国家自广泛应用腮腺炎疫苗后 ,发病率下降 88%～ 99%。但应用含Urabe或L Zagreb疫苗株的腮腺炎疫苗或麻疹 腮腺炎 风疹联合疫苗后 ,发生不良反应如无菌性脑膜炎者较多。中国使用较广的为S79株 ,较为安全 ,其抗体阳转率≥ 85 % ,免疫保护率为78 87%。该毒株经蚀斑纯化后 ,其疫苗的抗体阳转率可提高至 94 %。
