摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析中国2010~2012年流行性腮腺炎(流腮)的流行病学特征(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同),为预防和控制流腮提供参考。方法对疾病监测信息报告管理系统和突发公共卫生事件报告信息系统中,2010~2012年流腮报告病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果中国2010~2012年流腮报告发病率分别为22.3963/10万、33.8863/10万、35.5897/10万,4~7月和11月~次年1月为两个发病高峰,高发年龄为5~7岁,男、女性别发病率比为1.63∶1,近2年发病集中在西部地区。结论针对流腮的流行病学特征,进一步完善含流腮成分疫苗的免疫策略。
