摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析2015-2016年河北省急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例的脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒检测状况,为河北省继续维持无脊灰状态提供依据。方法收集2015-2016年河北省AFP病例粪便标本进行病毒分离和鉴定,对脊灰病毒分离株采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)扩增VP1区基因片段,进行核苷酸序列测定和分析。结果从665份AFP病例粪便标本中分离到脊灰病毒12株(1.80%)、非脊灰肠道病毒(NPEV)112株(16.84%)。与Sabin株相比,脊灰病毒VP1区核苷酸发生0个变异3株、1个变异6株、2个变异4株、3个变异2株、4个变异1株;在NPEV分离株中,7-8月份分离株数占47.2%。结论 2015-2016年河北省脊灰病毒分离株均为疫苗相关株,病毒核苷酸变异以低变异为主。
