带状疱疹(Herpes zoster, HZ)是严重威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题。基于全球人口老龄化趋势和HZ疫苗的推广应用，近年来不少国家和地区更新并重新发布了相关研究数据。本文结合国内外研究的最新进展，对HZ临床特点、流行病学、发病影响因素、疾病负担等方面进行系统综述，向临床医生、疾病控制专业人员、预防接种人员传递HZ最新疾病知识，以提高HZ防控水平，为HZ疫苗的使用提供循证依据。
Abstract：Herpes zoster(HZ) is a serious public health problem threatening the health of human beings. As the global population ages and HZ vaccine use increases, many countries and regions have updated HZ vaccine recommendations and published new, relevant research data. In this paper, we systematically review clinical characteristics, epidemiology, risk factors, and disease burden of HZ based on recent national and international research to deliver the latest knowledge about HZ to clinicians and disease control and vaccination staff, improve HZ prevention and control, and provide evidence-based reference for the use of HZ vaccine.
