目的了解2017年济南市预防接种门诊人力资源配置和工作人员满意度。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取济南市24家预防接种门诊,开展门诊人力资源和工作人员满意度问卷调查,对数据进行描述性分析。结果在调查的预防接种门诊中,每万服务人口配置工作人员1.53人,其中城区、郊区门诊分别为2.16人、0.90人(t=5.77,P<0.0001);城区、郊区门诊工作人员中正式工分别占29.87%、67.19%(χ2=19.55,P<0.0001)。在预防接种工作人员中,58.52%从事预防接种工作≤5年;54.81%为初级职称;53.44%的人员工资收入≤3 000元/月。门诊接种人员每年人均接种疫苗9 169剂次,每日人均接种42剂次。39.26%的门诊工作人员对预防接种工作满意。结论济南市郊区预防接种门诊人员不足而城区门诊正式工比例低;门诊人员工作满意度低。
Abstract：Objective To investigate vaccination clinics' human resources and vaccination staff job satisfaction in Jinan city, 2017.Methods We randomly selected 24 vaccination clinics using a stratified random sampling technique for a questionnaire-based survey of human resources and job satisfaction. We conducted a descriptive data analysis. Results In the surveyed vaccination clinics, the number of vaccination staff per 10 000 population was 1.53 persons, with 2.16 in urban clinics and 0.90 in suburb clinics(t=5.77,P<0.0001). Permanent employees accounted for 29.87% of staff in urban clinics and 67.19% in suburb clinics(χ2=19.55, P<0.0001).Among vaccination staff, 58.52% had worked for ≤5 years; 54.81% had acquired a primary professional title; and the monthly income of 53.44% of staff was less than 3 000 RMB. One vaccination clinic staff member administered an average of 9 169 vaccinations per year, or 42 doses per day; 39.62% of vaccination clinic staff were satisfied with their job. Conclusions There were insufficient vaccination staffing levels in suburb clinics and insufficient numbers of urban clinic permanent employees in Jinan. Vaccination clinic staff had low job satisfaction levels.
